Cryofermentation at controlled temperature.
A crystalline light yellow wine. A bouquet composed of citrus notes, pineapple, peach, and grapefruit. A fresh wine with a pleasant flavor and a long, aromatic aftertaste.
Recommended at 10°C (50°F) with appetizers and fish dishes.
