Retsina is made by adding maritime pine resin to the must so that it can be absorbed during fermentation and give it its characteristic, unique flavor. Retsina Boutari has a bright yellow color with golden highlights. It has a complex and delicate aroma. Its flavor is refined and balanced with a distinctive aftertaste. Recommended at 10°C, the year after the harvest, with appetizers, cured meats, seafood, and fish.

Dry white wine – PGI 100% Malagouzia. Criofermentation at a controlled temperature
Crystalline greenish-yellow colour. Bouquet with an intense aroma of flowers and fruit with hints of peach, melon, orange, pineapple and grapefruit. Good structure, round, well-balanced with flavors of summer fruits and honey.
Long aromatic aftertaste.
